I have extensive experience with animals and this beast johnson premeditated, tortured, and intentionally abused and killed this animal. In my experience, 6 month old mix breed puppys have never attacked me like he said she did. If he does this kind of thing to a living creature .. what kind of treatment would he exhibit to the elderly or children/women in his life. Asst. Chief Johnson deserves prison time - not a slap on the wrist -- he is a public servant who deserves to be punished and lose things that are of importance to him (i.e., pension, respect, and FREEDOM) .. so he might come to realize what he has deprived Karley's owners of -- namely an animal who they loved. I would ask the Court to impose the most severe sentence they can to teach this man a lesson in humanity.
