Animal Abuse Registry

Please go to www.exposeanimalabusers.org to sign the petition.

Mandatory registration for convicted animal abusers in your State would aid dramatically in keeping offenders away from potential new victims by alerting law enforcement and the public to their whereabouts, and by allowing animal shelters to thoroughly screen potential adopters for criminal offenders.

Your voice does make a difference in animals' lives. On behalf of the countless animals who have no voice other than the one we provide, we thank you again for your compassion.

Additional ways you can help expose animal abusers:

Thank you for giving animals a voice!

Sincerely,

Stephen Wells

To All Karley Supporters:

Thank you to everyone who came to the vigil and the ones that could not make it but still lit a candle for Karley.  It was very special to our family to have you there to share in this special event in memory of Karley.  The Pauze Cauze Radio Show did a live interview with us and several other people that were there at the candlelight vigil yesterday.  Here are the details on the interview and the show.

Hello,

My real name is Rev. Dr. Leigh Foster but am known world wide as DJ Ice, founder and host of The Pawz Cauze Show.  The show has over 10 million listeners world wide, so we have been very busy.

13 years ago my husband and I had a hound mix that a man whom worked at Burger King took the discarded hot grease and while Sparky was in our back yard doing his business, the man poured the hot grease on our beloved dog.  I was devistated and caught the man whom I beat the tar out of in the middle of the street.  While I was proceeding to kick his butt, the neighbor's huge German Shephard jumped the fence and joined me in teaching the low life a lesson he would never forget.  Simba, the German Shephard, pinned the man down and I took what was left of the hot grease and poured it on him.  We contained the jerk until the police arrived.  We made sure he was put in prison for 10 years and was fined $5,000. All charges were dropped on me when I showed the photos of my dogs horribly burned body and mouth (he tried to lick the hot grease off his burning body).  The DA dropped it and told the man he was lucky I didn't kill him.

One of my shows is on Sat. from 1pm-3pm CST on www.radiogetswild.com which is mostly music.  This is where I will introduce the song and tell them about the candle light ceremony, time and place for supporters to show up.  Then I will make a special show on BlogTalkRadio where I will upload Karley's song and we will do the live interview and coverage of the candle ceremony.

The full version of this show will be uploaded to www.thepawzcauze.net for people to download and pass around. You will also be able to download a copy of this show.

Then I will take that show, and replay them on Tuesdays show to mark the start of the trial.  This will be on www.radiogetswild.com from 4pm-6pm CST.

Pawz Up,

Leigh (aka DJ Ice)

Also, I have attached a poem that DJ Ice wrote for Karley.

Karley's Faith

A gentle puppy

So loyal and true,

A fateful day

That left us missing you.

Glynn Johnson changed

Forever our lives.

In my dreams

I can still hear your cries.

Your sweet precious face

We had come to love,

Struck down by a man

With no means to know of.

Why did this happen

To a Soul so true?

What I wouldn't give

To now see you.

The pain runs deep

as an Ocean floor,

We need justice served

In a world so poor.

Lack of compassion

The lack of Faith,

Why was this meant

To be your fate?

Dearest Karley how I wish

I could change

That fateful day

Where you died in vain.

No one could save you

Tho Mr.Staggs tried.

No match for the evil

Mr. Johnson has inside.

Now DJ Ice is

On the case.

She will show no mercy

No time to waste.

Let justice be served

For the evil done.

So the family can find peace

From this sadistic one.

We want to send a HUGE Thank You to everyone who donated items to the local shelters
and rescue groups on Oct. 3rd.  We received blankets, towels, food, treats, toys, newspapers,
puppy & kitty formula etc...  We delivered a whole car load of items to the shelter and they were so appreciative and overwhelmed with the amount of donations.  They said the items will help so much.
They were taking 10 little kittens to a foster home until they were old enough to be adopted.  The kitty formula and a blanket went to the foster home with the kittens.  Thank you so much.

ALDF.org National Justice for Animals Week

To All Karley Supporters:

We’re determined to make sure that Karley’s death is not in vain. Not only are we continuing to fight for the prosecution of Glynn Johnson, we are teaming up with ALDF.  February 22-28 is the Animal Legal Defense Fund’s National Justice for Animals Week, which is dedicated to fighting animal abuse and honoring animal victims—like Karley—by pushing for strong laws to protect our animals and tough prosecution of animal abusers. There’s lots of information on the ALDF website, www.aldf.org, guiding animal lovers in how to get involved to stop this kind of terrible cruelty in their own communities.

Karley’s violent death has outraged people around the country—even around the world. We’re urging people to honor her memory by supporting tough laws protecting animals like our proposed Karley’s Law, which is in the process of being written, and by getting involved in the fight against abuse in their own communities. February 22-28 is the Animal Legal Defense Fund’s National Justice for Animals Week—it’s a perfect time to take a stand to protect animals like Karley—there’s lots of information about how to do so at www.aldf.org.

We’re working with the Animal Legal Defense Fund during National Justice for Animals Week, Feb 22 – 28, to fight animal abuse and honor animal victims, like Karley. You can join our campaigns, wherever you live, by learning how to get involved at our website www.justice4karley.com and at ALDF’s website, www.aldf.org.
